Frederic was the CRO of BlueOrchard, CRO of Harcourt (Hedge Fund boutique) and headed risk functions within investment banking at Credit Suisse and Sanwa. Frederic is a dedicated advocate of best practice in corporate governance for investment funds.

Luiana Temba

Luiana is an impact finance professional specializing in financial inclusion and climate investing. Prior to joining iGravity, she worked on implementing development programs focused on gender and entrepreneurship before shifting her focus to impact measurement and management of social enterprises, incorporating intersectional approaches. Luiana’s diverse experience, primarily rooted in East Africa, includes work with the United Nations, NGOs, and impact investors.

Anastacia Ngunjiri

Anastacia is a professional with a diverse background in international development. She has previously worked with NGOs, governments, and private sector on projects related to child protection, education, inclusion and telecommunications in Africa, Europe, and Asia. She holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from Sciences Po, Paris, and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from USIU- Africa.

Morgane Loisel

MANAGER

Morgane has 8 years of experience in the financial industry where she has held positions as financial analyst, consultant and project manager. In her last position at Credit Suisse, she worked on the development of a sustainable financing offer for corporate clients. She is a Certified Expert in Microfinance.

Pilar Cristobal

Pilar is an impact finance expert with 13 years’ experience in innovative finance, private equity, and venture capital, primarily in Latin America. She has worked as an investment officer, including at IFC, and as an advisor, supporting impact investors and enterprises to scale their impact.

Jürg Kohler

After various positions in Swiss banks, he was a founding partner of an investment boutique in Zurich before spending 17 years with responsAbility Investments AG, one of the world’s leading private sustainable asset managers. He joined the iGravity team in January 2024 as a business development consultant.

Camiel Boukhaf

Camiel is an Associate with a strong research and consulting background. Before joining iGravity, he worked at Instiglio where he focused on cross-sector program design, engaging with a variety of stakeholders in the development sector to help improve service delivery efficiency by linking funding to impact through result-based financing strategies. In particular, he has extensive experience contributing to, and leveraging evidence, having been responsible for developing tools to systematically bridge the gap between scientific evidence and development interventions targeting conflict, food security, education, and social cohesion, among others. 

Luqman Hussein

Luqman is a data and behavioural scientist with 4+ years of experience working with enterprises, NGOs and development agencies to improve their end user and research outcomes. His experience spans in the agri-tech, financial inclusion, and Islamic finance sectors in Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America.

Judy Mukiri

Judy is an impact investment professional with experience in SME investments particularly in the agriculture and renewable energy sectors. She previously worked as an investment analyst where she supported with deal origination, performed investment and financial analysis, structured deals and supported in research assignment.

Martina Akello

ASSOCIATE, IMPACT VENTURES

Martina is a Monitoring Associate at iGravity with strong experience working with SMEs across East Africa. She has 6 years of experience supporting businesses, investors and development partners across various sectors including agriculture and clean energy. In her most recent experience, she led a project in the Ugandan Horticulture sector to facilitate trade and access to catalytic finance. She previously also worked as a management consultant supporting businesses to develop strategies to increase their operational efficiency, scale and raise capital. Martina has a background in IT and Finance.

Fredrick Oloo

SENIOR ASSOCIATE, IMPACT VENTURES

Fredrick has accumulated over 7 years of investment experience, focusing primarily on SME financing and alternative asset classes. During his tenure at Grassroots Business Fund, he actively facilitated debt working capital financing. Furthermore, at ADAPTA Management, Fredrick played a crucial role in providing climate adaptation debt financing facilities to smallholder farmers in Kenya. His professional background also includes real estate investment experience from his time at Salaam Investment Bank. Fredrick holds a First-Class Degree in Commerce (Finance and Accounting option) from Strathmore University and is currently pursuing his final ACCA paper.

Mbithe is an impact measurement and management professional with experience in leading and managing complex projects in social impact assessment. She has demonstrated expertise in financial inclusion, energy, anticipatory aid, and agricultural initiatives across sub-Saharan Africa and beyond. She is adept at conducting in-depth analysis and providing actionable insights. Her diverse experience includes work in impact evaluation, stakeholder engagement, strategic advisory, and project management.

Douglas is an impact investment professional with a background experience in deal sourcing, origination and financial analysis in both early-stage and growth ecosystems. He has worked with an early-stage tech and origination platforms (ESOs) investor prior to joining iGravity. He also trained as an investment analyst where he supported NGOs and DFIs in structuring Ag-SME trade finance facilities, valuations and research.

Recently, he has served as an Investment Officer at the Senegalese Sovereign Wealth Fund and as a Senior Venture Architect at Haskè Ventures in Dakar, where he crafted strategic market approaches for early-stage ventures. Pape holds master’s degrees in Financial Engineering and Physics from Sorbonne University. With a passion for data analysis and performance management, Pape is devoted to delivering impactful financial solutions.

Alberto has been active in the financial sector for more than 20 years working for banks and national institutions like Swiss Sustainable Finance (SSF) and SwissBanking. Since 2014 he has represented SSF in the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland.
