Senior Investment Associate

iGravity is seeking a Senior Investment Associate to join its Advisory team, with a focus on executing impact-linked finance transactions across Sub-Saharan Africa. 

 The role involves contributing to the structuring and execution of impact-linked loans and impact-incentive payments for high-impact SMEs supported through iGravity’s Impact-Linked Funds. This includes conducting research and due diligence on prospective investees, drafting investment memorandums, supporting investment structuring and negotiations, and contributing to the ongoing monitoring of portfolio companies’ financial and impact performance. 

 The position is open to candidates based in Nairobi, Dar es Salaam, or Maputo, and requires prior experience in SME lending, credit analysis, or debt-focused investment roles, ideally within emerging markets or impact investing contexts. 

 The Senior Investment Associate will work closely with members of iGravity’s Advisory and Investment teams across multiple geographies, including colleagues based in Africa, Europe, and Latin America.
