Impact Associate (Nairobi)

About the Role

iGravity is looking for an Impact Associate to join the Impact team in Nairobi.

The role focuses on Impact Measurement and Management across iGravity’s investment and advisory business lines, contributing to how the organisation designs, implements, and monitors impact frameworks across impact-linked finance, impact funds, and advisory mandates in emerging markets.

You will work across a range of initiatives, including conducting impact due diligence, portfolio monitoring and reporting, supporting IMM system design and implementation, contributing to advisory mandates, and more.

The role offers hands-on exposure to impact-linked finance, blended finance structures, and emerging market investments, working closely with teams across Africa, Europe, and Latin America.
