Call for Proposals: External Financial Auditor for ILF ESA & ILF Education
We’re pleased to announce that we have opened a call for proposals to appoint an External Financial Auditor for two of our mandates: ILF ESA (Impact-Linked Fund for Eastern & Southern Africa) and ILF Education (Impact-Linked Fund for Education).
These audits play a central role in ensuring strong financial governance, accountability, and donor compliance across our work. The selected firm will support annual audits over the duration of the mandate, reviewing financial statements, assessing internal control systems, and verifying compliance with donor requirements, including those of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).
As outlined in the RfP, outstanding audits remain across these mandates, with all audit reports due by 31 March following each audit year.
The mandate is designed to cover audit periods 2025–2029, with annual renewal subject to performance and continued independence.
We welcome proposals from audit firms with experience in donor-funded programmes and a strong track record of multi-year financial review assignments.
