Opportunity International’s EduFinance programme has now benefitted 2 million children, using microfinance to remove financial constraints on schools and parents, its latest data shows.
Operating in the microfinance sector since 1971, Opportunity International expanded into education in 2007, taking its Edufinance programme to scale in 2013. EduFinance is scaling its work further by adding experts to its team, now with 25 people.
