Advisory Fellow

iGravity is seeking an Advisory Fellow to join its Advisory team in Bogotá for a 6-month engagement, supporting consulting mandates and business development efforts across emerging markets.

The role involves contributing to advisory projects for development organizations and philanthropic partners on topics such as blended finance, impact investing, and innovative finance across Sub-Saharan Africa, MENA, and Latin America.

What the role entails

•Conducting background research and analysis, including literature reviews and market assessments

•Supporting stakeholder engagement through interviews and surveys

•Contributing to client presentations and project deliverables

•Assisting in the preparation of proposals and supporting business development efforts

The Advisory Fellow will report to Morgane Loisel (Zürich Office) and work closely with Belén Martin (Bogotá Office), collaborating with colleagues across Zurich, Kampala, Nairobi, Milan, and Bogotá.

Who we are looking for

We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of experience in consulting, financial institutions, development agencies, or foundations, and a strong interest in impact investing and innovative finance. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

The position is based in Bogotá, Colombia. Please note that we can only consider candidates who are citizens of Colombia or hold a valid work permit of at least 12 months from the start of the fellowship.
